This sterling silver spinner ring with two spinning rings one is polished silver square profile shape, and one gold filled spinner ring. The surface texture is hand embossed with a beautiful paisley pattern.

Spinner rings are relaxing and tactile, and originate from ancient Tibetan Meditation traditions. Spinning the outer rings is believed to have a calming effect on the mind and body.
